Overview
Reevo lets you select multiple contacts, accounts, or opportunities from any CRM list view and archive them all in one action. Instead of handling records one at a time, you can clean up duplicates or outdated data in bulk directly from the list view. Archiving removes records from your active CRM views without permanently deleting them. When you archive a record, associated data - such as emails, sequence enrollments, and meetings - is archived along with it automatically. Bulk archive runs as a background job so you can keep working while Reevo processes your selection. A progress notification keeps you informed, and a summary appears when the job completes.Step-by-Step Instructions
Archive Records in Bulk
- Navigate to Contacts, Accounts, or Opportunities from the main menu.
- Select records using one of two methods:
- Individual selection - check the box next to each record you want to archive.
- Select all - use the Select all checkbox at the top of the list to archive all records matching your current view filters.
- Click Archive in the bulk actions toolbar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the confirmation modal. It shows:
- The number of records that will be archived
- Associated data that will also be archived (emails, sequence enrollments, meetings)
- Any records that cannot be archived and the reason why
- A warning if any active workflows or computed fields are triggered by archiving
- Click Archive to confirm and start the job.
- For selections of 15 records or fewer, the confirmation modal shows exact counts of associated data that will also be archived. For larger selections, a general warning is shown instead.
- Records with active pipelines cannot be archived. They appear in the confirmation modal and are excluded from the job automatically.
- Only one bulk operation (archive or edit) can run at a time per object type. The Archive and Edit buttons are disabled while a job is in progress.

Some of my records were not archived. Why?
Records with active pipeline associations cannot be archived. The confirmation modal lists these before you confirm. Once the job finishes, the history detail page shows which records were skipped and why. Download the failure CSV from the history detail page for the full list.
Can I undo a bulk archive?
Can I undo a bulk archive?
There is no self-service unarchive option. Reevo support can assist with recovering archived records, but associated data - such as emails and sequence enrollments archived at the same time - cannot be restored. For this reason, review the confirmation modal carefully before proceeding.
