Overview

Reevo can deliver notifications via email and Slack in addition to the in-app bell. You control your personal preferences from the You tab of Settings → Notifications, and admins configure organization-wide Slack channels from the Organization tab. For the in-app bell and notifications page, see In-App Notifications. The You tab also includes an AI features → Prompt suggestions toggle that controls an in-app behavior. The toggle is covered alongside the rest of the You tab below.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Click your name in the lower-left corner of Reevo
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click Notifications under the My account section in the left sidebar

Your Personal Preferences (“You” Tab)

The You tab lets you control how you personally receive notifications. Most notification types can be toggled independently for Email and Slack channels; some have only one channel available.

Meetings

The Meeting prep notification is sent a configurable number of hours before your meeting. If you see “3 hours before the meeting,” your admin has set the timing to 3 hours. Click Manage timing to go to the Organization tab (admin only) to adjust this.

Workflows

This notification is on by default so workflow owners are immediately aware of failures. It’s email-only. There’s no Slack option for this alert.

To receive Slack notifications, you must first connect your Slack integration. Go to Settings > Integrations to connect Slack.

Organization Settings (Admin Only)

If you’re an admin, you’ll see an Organization tab on the Notification Settings page. This lets you configure Slack channel notifications that are shared across your entire organization. Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Organization or go directly to Organization Notification Settings.

Meetings

Meeting prep timing

Set how far in advance meeting prep notifications are sent to your team. Enter a value between 0.5 and 24 hours before the meeting. This timing applies to all users in your organization.

Opportunities

Route deal update notifications to specific Slack channels so your team stays informed:

To configure a Slack channel:
  1. Click the Select channel dropdown next to the notification type
  2. Search for or select the desired Slack channel
  3. The setting saves automatically
Private Slack channels are shown with a lock icon. Your Slack workspace must be connected at the organization level for channel selection to work. If the dropdown is disabled, go to Settings > Integrations to connect Slack.

Troubleshooting / FAQs

First, verify that the relevant toggles are enabled in Settings > Notifications under the You tab. For Slack, make sure your Slack integration is connected in Settings > Integrations. Email notifications are sent to the email address associated with your Reevo account.
The Organization tab is only visible to admin users. If you don’t see it, contact your organization admin to adjust organization-level notification settings.
Only admins can change the timing. Go to Settings > Notifications > Organization and adjust the Meeting prep notification timing field. The value can be set between 0.5 and 24 hours before the meeting.
Closed Won, Closed Lost, and Stage Change notifications are sent to the Slack channels configured by your admin in the Organization tab. These are team-wide notifications, not individual ones.
