Prospecting in Reevo lets you search a database of millions of people and companies, then enrich the ones you want to reach with verified contact details, turning them into CRM contacts ready for outreach. This article covers the full flow: searching for prospects, enriching them with email and phone data, and tracking results.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:
  • Active Reevo account with access to the Prospecting module
  • Sufficient enrichment credits (check your Usage page)
  • Admin or User role with permissions to create contacts

Key Concepts

What is Enrichment?

Enrichment is the process of appending verified contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) to a prospect. When a prospect is successfully enriched, Reevo automatically creates a CRM contact record linked to the appropriate account.

Credit Costs

Credits are only charged for successful enrichments. If no data is found, you are not charged.
Enrichment TypeCredit Cost
Email1 credit
Phone number5 credits
Your organization has a monthly credit quota. You can monitor usage at any time on your Usage page.

When Is a Contact Created?

A CRM contact is automatically created when a prospect is successfully enriched with an email address. The contact is linked to the matching account record. Prospects where enrichment fails (no data found) remain in your prospecting results for retry.

Enrichment Eligibility

A prospect or contact is eligible for enrichment only if:
  • It does not already have the relevant data (email or phone)
  • Enrichment has not previously been attempted for that field
  • There is no enrichment currently in progress for that field

How to Search for Prospects

Reevo’s prospecting database lets you filter by role, company, location, industry, and more to build a targeted list of people or companies.
  1. Navigate to Prospecting in the main sidebar
  2. Click on Find new prospects in the upper right corner
  3. Select either the People or Companies tab, depending on what you want to search
  4. Use the filter panel on the left to narrow your results by criteria such as:
    • Job title or seniority
    • Company name, size, or industry
    • Location
  5. Review the results. You can toggle on the option to exclude existing CRM contacts so that you can avoid duplicates.
If starting with a Companies search, you can select the records in bulk or individually, then choose to Search people in selected companies or Add to account list.

How to Enrich Prospects

Once you have identified the people you want, you can enrich and import them into your CRM in bulk.
  1. From your prospecting results, select the prospects you want to enrich
  2. Choose the action you’d like to take with the prospects:
    1. Enrich email addresses (enrich prospect’s email address and add to CRM)
    2. Enrich phone numbers (enrich prospect’s phone number and add to CRM)
  3. In the enrichment modal:
    • Select the contact information to enrich:
      • Email addresses (1 credit)
      • Phone numbers (5 additional credits)
    • Add to a Prospecting list
  4. Review the estimated credit cost displayed before confirming
  5. Click Confirm to start enrichment
Enrichment runs in the background. You can continue working while it processes. You will see a progress indicator while the run is active, and all enrichment jobs are viewable in the Enrichment History tab (under Settings).

How to View and Manage Prospects

View prospects

Prospecting has a number of views to organize and view your saved prospects. The default views include:
  • My prospects: the default view of all prospects that you have saved and enriched
  • All prospects: all prospects that have been saved and enriched across your organization
  • Recently saved: all prospects that you have saved and enriched in the last 7 days
  • Missing info: prospects that have missing information (e.g. emails were not found)
  • Archived: prospects that you have archived
  • Converted: prospects that you have added to the CRM
You can also organize your prospects in lists. Prospecting lists are created during the enrichment process and are visible under the default views.

Manage prospects

In the prospecting view, select the prospects that you want to take action on. Actions include:
  1. Add to sequence: this converts the prospect to a contact and adds the contact to a CRM, then enrolls the contact in a sequence
    • Once selected, assign a Contact Owner and select the desired Sequence to add the contact to
  2. Add to contact list: this converts the prospect to a contact and adds the contact to a CRM, then adds the contact to a list in the CRM
    • Once selected, assign a Contact Owner and select the desired List to add the contact to
  3. Enrich: attempt to find contact information for prospects that are missing information
  4. Convert to contacts: adds to CRM by converting the prospect to a contact
  5. Archive: moves the prospect to archive; no further actions can be taken upon these contacts
Up to 2,000 prospects can be added to a sequence, contact list, or converted to contacts at a time.

How to Enrich Existing CRM Contacts

You can also run enrichment on contacts already in your CRM who are missing email addresses or phone numbers.

Bulk Enrich from the Contacts Page

  1. Navigate to your Contacts list in the CRM
  2. Select the contacts you want to enrich using the checkboxes
  3. Click the Enrich button in the action bar
  4. In the modal, choose what to enrich:
    • Email (1 credit per result)
    • Phone number (5 credits per result)
  5. Review the estimated credit cost and click Confirm
You can enrich up to 50 contacts at a time from the Contacts page.

Enrich a Single Contact from Their Record

  1. Open a contact’s detail page
  2. Click the Enrich button in the top action bar
  3. Select Enrich email or Enrich phone number from the dropdown
  4. The enrichment will process and the contact record will update automatically if data is found
If a field shows “Email not found” or “Phone not found,” enrichment was attempted but unsuccessful; no data was available to return or the contact information failed Reevo’s validation. Re-enrichment is not supported for these contacts.

How to Enrich from the Chrome Extension

The Reevo Chrome Extension lets you enrich LinkedIn profiles directly from your browser.

Single Profile

  1. Open a LinkedIn profile
  2. The Reevo extension sidebar will appear automatically
  3. Click Enrich to retrieve email and/or phone data for that contact

Tracking Enrichment History

All enrichment runs are logged and viewable from the Prospecting module.
  1. Navigate to Settings > Enrichment History
  2. Each row shows:
    • The run date and who triggered it
    • Number of prospects processed
    • Number of credits used
    • Where the enrichment happened (Prospecting module or Contact)
    • Run status (Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed)
  3. Click any row to view detailed results, including which contacts were created and their enrichment status
