CRM Configuration Requirements
Before you start:- Match your objects and fields Confirm that the CRM objects (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities) you plan to import exist in your Reevo environment, and that their field names, data types, and custom fields align with your source data.
- Set up custom fields, picklists, or pipeline stages If your data includes custom attributes, select-list values, or opportunity stages not currently in Reevo, create or update these under the relevant object in Settings → CRM.
- Create any required custom objects If your data references objects not available by default (e.g., Partner Accounts, Implementations), create these before import.
