Basic concepts & terminology
- Transcript
- A call transcript is a word-for-word, written version of a recorded sales conversation, automatically generated using Reevo’s advanced speech-to-text technology. It captures everything said by each participant on the call, complete with timestamps and speaker identification. Reevo’s transcripts dynamically highlight and scroll in sync with the conversation, making it easy to follow along. These transcripts are fully searchable, allowing you to quickly locate specific topics, keywords, or phrases without needing to listen through the entire recording. They provide a reliable reference for follow-up actions, deal notes, and coaching, enabling revenue teams to efficiently review and revisit key moments from each conversation.
- Summary:
- A summary is a concise written overview of the key points, decisions, and action items discussed during a recorded sales conversation. It distills the essential information from the full transcript, enabling teams to quickly review highlights and outcomes without listening to the entire conversation.
- Outline:
- Outline is an AI-powered feature that automatically analyzes call transcripts to generate structured summaries, highlighting key points, decisions, and action items. Each outline point has a clickable timestamp that lets you easily skip to that section in the audio.
- Insights:
- Reevo’s AI automatically produces written insights aligned with the established sales framework MEDDIC. By evaluating call content against these frameworks, the tool identifies key details (i.e., metrics, pain points, decision criteria, and timelines), helping sales teams systematically qualify leads, identify gaps, and plan effective next steps. It also serves as a valuable reference for sales leaders, allowing them to quickly catch up on calls and understand the critical points of each conversation without listening to the entire recording.
- Sentiment Analysis:
- Reevo’s sentiment analysis tool evaluates calls to understand the emotional tone conveyed by each participant. Using natural language processing (NLP), it classifies sentiments as positive, neutral, or negative, and generates a sentiment score along with an explanation of the factors contributing to that score.
- Snippets:
- Snippets is a feature that enables users to extract, save, and share specific segments of recorded calls. Users can create and name timestamped clips from longer recordings to highlight key moments, important discussions, or actionable items for easy sharing and reference.
- Tracker:
- Tracker lets users create a personalized list of key terms or phrases (e.g., pricing, or specific competitor names) that are important to their business objectives. The tracker automatically scans all call recordings for mentions of these terms and highlights whenever the selected words are spoken. The tracked term has a clickable timestamp that lets you easily skip to that section in the audio. Tracker helps users quickly identify relevant moments within their calls, saving time and enabling them to stay informed on critical topics without manually reviewing every recording.
- Tasks:
- Tasks are reminders of follow-up actions or work items that can stem from conversations with customers or prospects. Reevo AI automatically generates these tasks by analyzing call recordings and notes. The AI identifies both explicitly stated tasks and implicit tasks based on the context of the conversation. It then assigns appropriate due dates to each task, ensuring that users can stay on top of important follow-ups and action items.
- Ask Reevo:
- You can use Ask Reevo, your GTM co-pilot, to quickly pull any information you need from a call like recommended next steps, decision makers, recap of last interaction.
Where to find it
-
Find Past Recordings: You can find all your past recordings from the left hand menu. Once you are in this view you can filter for invitee contact, account, and more.
You can also find conversations related to a specific account or contact from any given account record or contact record. Simply navigate to the account / contact record and select Meetings from the top menu.
How it works
-
Create a tracker: You can create a tracker to track specific usage of a term in your conversations. To do so, navigate to Settings, which you can find by clicking on your user icon in the bottom left corner. Then select “Engagement” >> “Meetings”.
-
Create a snippet: You can create a snippet by selecting the scissors icon in the bottom right corner of the recorded screen. Use the speaker tracker to clip the part of the conversation you want to capture in a snippet. You can then name it and save it. Once saved you can create an externally facing link to share it with those outside your team and choose to have it expire after a set period of time. You can also create an internal link for others on your team.
-
Share a recording: To share a a recording in its entirety, select “share meeting” in the top right corner of any past conversation. You can then copy an internal link or create an external link to share with those outside your team. You can choose to have the external link expire after a certain period of time.
