Overview

Your account in Reevo is the central place to configure your personal settings and ensure everything is connected and working properly across the platform. From here, you can set your profile preferences, sync tools like your calendar and email, configure your phone number for the dialer, and generate API keys for custom integrations.

Where to find it

  1. Click on your name in the lower left hand corner
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Once in Settings, you will land on your User Profile under My Account

How to set-up your account

  1. Set-up your User Profile
    1. Upload a picture
    2. Enter your first and last name
    3. Enter your phone number
    4. Select your timezone
    5. Click save
  2. Set-up your User integrations
    1. Use the prompts to connect your Google calendar and email
    2. Add your Zoom conferencing (if applicable)
  3. Under Voice, click Set Up Phone Number to begin your phone number configuration so you can leverage Dialer
  4. As needed, generate API keys to begin integrations for Account & Contact creation

FAQs

Can I update my email or calendar provider after the initial setup?

Yes. You can disconnect and reconnect any integration from the Integrations section in your profile settings.

Why is my meeting time showing incorrectly?

Make sure your Time Zone is correctly set in your profile. This affects how meetings and calls are displayed across Reevo.

What permissions does Reevo need for calendar and email integrations?

Reevo requires permission to view your calendar, create events, send emails, and track replies. These are used solely for the purpose of syncing meetings and enabling outreach workflows.

Can I have multiple phone numbers configured for the dialer?

No. Each user can only have one primary number connected to their dialer at a time.

Where can I manage or revoke an existing API key?

You can view, regenerate, or revoke your API keys in the API Access section of your profile.
