The Reevo Dialer has received several powerful updates to help you manage calls more efficiently and ensure strong follow-up. This guide covers organization-level settings, voicemail customization, missed call workflows, and more. You can also watch our tutorial here.

Basic concepts & terminology

  • Dialer: Reevo’s built-in calling tool that allows users to place, track, and manage calls from within the CRM.
  • Missed Call Email Follow-Up: An automation that sends a follow-up email when a call goes unanswered.
  • Personalized Voicemail: A custom greeting that plays when a prospect reaches your dialer voicemail.
  • Bridge to Phone: The ability to place calls from Reevo but using your personal phone line.

How it works/how to

Enable Missed Call Email Follow-Up for Your Organization

  1. Go to Settings → Dialer
  2. Click Enable for Missed Call Email Follow-up
  3. Select a default email template
    • Users can override the default with their own template
    • Hover over templates to preview them

Use the “Call with your phone” bridge feature

  1. While calling a contact in Reevo, choose Call with your phone
  2. The call will originate from your own device
  3. Your personal number is shown to the customer
  4. Call details are still logged in Reevo

View Missed Call Notifications

  1. Go to the Notifications section in the left-hand menu
  2. Click any missed call notification to view full details

Set a Personalized Voicemail Greeting

  1. Go to Settings → Voice
  2. Under Voicemail Greeting Setup, click Add a greeting
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • Record directly in browser
    • Upload an audio file
  4. After recording/uploading, you can:
    • Preview the greeting
    • Save as active
    • Add to inactive greeting list
    • Record again
  5. You can activate, deactivate, or delete greetings anytime

Set Up Missed Call Email Follow-up for Individual Users

  1. Go to Settings → Email Templates
  2. Click New Email Template to create a follow-up message
  3. After saving, go to Settings → Voice
  4. Under Call Preferences, search and select your template

FAQs

  • Can I have no organizational default follow-up email template?

    Yes, but if an AE doesn’t select a personal template, no follow-up email will be sent.

  • Can I edit the details of the follow-up email?

    Yes. You can edit templates in Settings → Email Templates.

    Note: once a call is made, the associated follow-up email is sent automatically and can no longer be edited.

  • Can I edit or preview the default voicemail message?

    No, you must record your own greeting to replace the default.

  • Can I use my own phone number when calling from the browser?

    No, calls from the browser display your Reevo number. Support for custom caller ID is planned for the future.
