Can I have no organizational default follow-up email template?Yes, but if an AE doesn’t select a personal template, no follow-up email will be sent.
Can I edit the details of the follow-up email?Yes. You can edit templates in Settings → Email Templates.Note: once a call is made, the associated follow-up email is sent automatically and can no longer be edited.
Can I edit or preview the default voicemail message?No, you must record your own greeting to replace the default.
Can I use my own phone number when calling from the browser?No, calls from the browser display your Reevo number. Support for custom caller ID is planned for the future.
