Allowing you to create easily create sequences from scratch, Reevo blueprints or clone existing sequences.

Basic concepts & terminology

There are three types of sequences a user can create:

  • From Scratch: Customize your sequence steps and include email, linkedin and phone call steps.
  • From Blueprint: Choose from existing Reevo blueprints to get a foundation for your sequence. Both standard blueprints and channel blueprints are available. Blueprints are editable and can be adjusted to your preferences
  • Clone: Clone existing sequences that are available and customize it to your preference.

How it works

Creating a new Sequence

  1. Click the ‘new sequence’ button, located in the top right of your screen.
  1. Select the best option for creating the new sequence. Starting from scratch, using a sequence blueprint or cloning an existing sequence.

Setting it up

Creating a sequence from scratch:

  1. Choose your Sequence Name

  2. The timezone you would like it to mirror.

  3. The sending hours and days you would like emails to be delivered.

  4. Enable or disable pixel tracking: Pixel tracking metrics like email open, bounces and link clicks can effect deliverability. Reevo will manage the mailboxes effectively to help maintain the overall health.

    • Pixel tracking is useful if you have additional engagement tactics for the outcomes associated with email opens, bounces and link clicks.
  5. Select ‘create’

  6. Within the new sequence, select ‘add step’ to begin creating your perfect sequence.

    Select the type of step you would like to include.

    • Automatic Emails: Sent automatically to your enrolled ocntacts at the predefined time.

    • Manual Emails: Are created as a task to have the user manually trigger the email. Configure the timing of the step and the priority level of the task.

    • Phone Call: Task is created to call the prospect when they reach that stage of the sequence. Configure the timing of the task creation and the priority level. A user may also configure how the prospect is routed within the sequence the based on the call outcome.

      a. Continue to next step: Contact will be sent to the next step of the sequence

      b. Pause sequence: Contact will be paused in the sequence and need to be reactivated manually.

      c. Stop Sequence: Contact will not proceed to the next step.

    LinkedIn Steps:

    Send connection request:

    1. Select the timing in which the task should be created.
    2. Select the message that will be included in the LinkedIn step. Add variables to customize your LinkedIn outreach by selected the
    3. Decide the contact’s flow in the sequence once the LinkedIn task is completed.

Creating an email from scratch:

  1. Select the blueprint template; standard or multi-channel
  2. Choose your Sequence Name
  3. Review the current steps for the selected blueprint.
  4. Move steps to your preferred strategy
  5. Click the subject line to open the view and begin editing the content of your message
    1. In this view, you can see Reevo has auto-generated email copy.
      1. Blue variables: Will pull information from contacts, accounts, sender or time.
      2. Red variables: Must be manually adjusted and entered with written text. They are suggestions on what to insert and will not automatically pull from any field.

Always check the email preview to identify areas that must still be edited. in this example, you can see that the red text variables need to be added as it does not pull from any current field or data.

Cloning a Sequence

  1. Select the sequence you would like to clone
  2. Rename the sequence to easily identify it as your own.
  3. Customize the steps of the cloned sequence or the copy of each step

Setting it up

Once you have started a sequence from scratch, used a blueprint or cloned a sequence. You can begin to enroll contacts, adjust the settings and launch the campaign.

Adding contacts to the sequence campaign:

  1. Navigate to the contacts tab within the sequence:
  2. Select Add Contacts; Add from list or Add directly from CRM
  3. Add from List: Select the list you would like add contacts from the dropdown menu and select ‘cotinue’
  4. Add from CRM: Select the contact directly from your CRM by clicking the dropdown or typing in a contact name.
  5. When adding contacts from either a list or CRM, Reevo will surface the enrollment results and any errors associated with the import.
  6. Navigate to the Enrollment runs tab to see the breakdown of the historical contact enrollments and metrics associated with each action.

Managing your Sequence

The navigation bar at the top of a sequence will allow you to find any critical information on the sequence. Let’s review the top aspects.

  1. Overview Tab: An overview of your sequence and each step. Giving you the ability to easily edit steps, review metrics or toggle steps on/off.
  2. Contacts tab: Provides a view of all the contacts enrolled in a sequence. The status of the contact and the current step they are in.
  3. Calls: If a phone call step is included in the sequence. This will log all the calls that have been made from a result of the sequence.
  4. Emails: This tab is the most important.
    1. Click on the filter tab to see emails by status or step.
    2. Filter by the status to easily find engagement metrics like replied, opened, clicked and many more.
  5. Tasks Tab: See all related tasks for the sequence and begin completing them. Phone call, LinkedIn and email tasks.
  6. Meetings: See all meetings that have occured as a result of the sequence.
  7. Enrollment runs: See all imported contacts to the sequence, the suer that imported the contacts and the results of each import.
  8. Settings: Adjust the Seqwuence name, Timezone or schedule of the sequence at any time. Also enable/disable pixel trascking.

Managing your Replies

The most important part is navigating your responses (of course!)

  1. Reevo will create notifications for all responses to a sequence. You can also see other metrics like meetings booked.
  2. Using the Emails tab to find responses and other engagement metrics:
    1. Click on the filter tab to see emails by status or step.
    2. Filter by the status to easily find engagement metrics like replied, opened, clicked and many more.
