Reevo will allow users to create email templates to be applied throughout the platform. There are three types of access a user can have to a template:- Team Viewable: User can see email templates and clone but may not edit the template.
- Team editable: All team members can edit an existing template.
- Private: Email template is only visible to the user.

How it works
Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities- You can access any email template in the email composer when sending an email to contacts, accounts and opportunities.

- To access existing templates select the templates button in the email composer

- Choose from the list of templates to add it into the email composer.

Select ‘use template’ when composing any email in a sequence email step.

Select the template you would like to apply
- Click ‘use template’

Creating or managing current email templates- Go to settings—>Email templates

- Define your template title, category and the permissions

Create the copy of the template.
- Add variables easily by selecting button.
- Choose to include your email signature or attach files.
- Ensure it looks sufficient in the preview mode.
- Click ‘save’ and your template is read for use!
