Allowing you to create easily accessible email templates that can be applied in both sequencing or the email composer on the account, contact or opportunity level.

Basic concepts & terminology

Reevo will allow users to create email templates to be applied throughout the platform. There are three types of access a user can have to a template:
  • Team Viewable: User can see email templates and clone but may not edit the template.
  • Team editable: All team members can edit an existing template.
  • Private: Email template is only visible to the user.

How it works

Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities
  1. You can access any email template in the email composer when sending an email to contacts, accounts and opportunities.

  1. To access existing templates select the templates button in the email composer

  1. Choose from the list of templates to add it into the email composer.
Sequences

  3. Click ‘use template’

Setting it up

Creating or managing current email templates
  1. Go to settings—>Email templates

  1. Define your template title, category and the permissions

  2. Add variables easily by selecting button.
  3. Choose to include your email signature or attach files.
  4. Ensure it looks sufficient in the preview mode.
  5. Click ‘save’ and your template is read for use!
