Walk Into Every Meeting Fully Prepared
When you generate meeting prep, the system reviews previous conversations, company information, contact details, and related opportunities to create a personalized strategy document with talking points, insights, and recommended approaches. This feature saves time by automatically surfacing the most relevant context before each meeting, ensuring you walk into every conversation fully prepared and confident. Meeting prep is particularly valuable for complex deals with multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, or when meeting with new contacts at existing accounts. The generated preparation includes sections such as meeting objectives, key talking points, company background and recent developments, contact information and roles, potential objections and how to address them, and recommended next steps. Content is presented in an easy-to-scan format with a table of contents for quick navigation.Prerequisites
