Accessing Ask Reevo

You can access Ask Reevo from anywhere using one of four methods:

1. From the Home Page:

  • Navigate to your home page where you’ll see a large chat input box front and center
  • Type your question directly into the input box and press Enter
  • Below the input, you’ll find suggested prompts like “Help me prepare for my meetings today” to get started quickly

2. From Slack:

  • Mention @Reevo in any Slack channel or direct message where the bot is present
  • Type your question after the mention (e.g., “@Reevo what meetings do I have today?”)
  • Ask Reevo will respond in a thread to keep conversations organized

3. Using keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press Ctrl + I on Windows
  • Press Cmd + I on Mac

4. Using the interface:

  • Click the Reevo badge icon in the upper-right corner of your screen

Start a Conversation

Once Ask Reevo opens, type your question or request in plain language. You can ask about:
  • Meeting analysis and insights from recorded calls
  • Pipeline health and deal status
  • Lead prioritization and next steps
  • Contact and account information
  • Task management and follow-ups
  • Workflow troubleshooting
On the home page, you can also click any of the suggested prompts to instantly start a conversation without typing. In Slack, Ask Reevo maintains conversation context within threads, so you can ask follow-up questions naturally.

Review and Verify Responses

Ask Reevo provides detailed answers based on your CRM data. Always double-check critical information before taking action, as AI can occasionally make mistakes. If you receive an unhelpful or incorrect answer, click the thumbs down icon on the response to flag it for improvement.

Run Multiple Conversations at Once

Ask Reevo supports up to 5 simultaneous conversations, each running independently in the background. You can start a new chat, switch between conversations, or navigate elsewhere in Reevo — everything keeps moving without interruption.

Starting a new conversation

Click the compose (pencil) icon in the Ask Reevo header to open a fresh conversation at any time. Your current conversation continues generating in the background — nothing is paused or lost.

Switching between conversations

Open the chat history panel (the history icon in the Ask Reevo header) to see all your conversations. Click any conversation to bring it into focus. Conversations that are still generating continue running whether you’re viewing them or not.

Concurrent streaming limit

You can have up to 5 conversations actively generating responses at the same time. If you reach this limit, the send button will be disabled in new conversations until one of the active streams finishes. Conversations you have open but aren’t actively sending to don’t count against this limit.

Chat Status Indicators

Every conversation in the history panel shows its current status at a glance:
  • 🔵 Running — Ask Reevo is actively generating a response
  • 🟠 Action needed — The conversation is waiting for your approval on a tool action, such as updating or creating data
  • 🟡 Unread — The conversation has a new response you haven’t viewed yet
Status indicators also appear on the chat history button in the Ask Reevo header, so you can track activity without opening the panel.

Chat History

Open the chat history panel from the Ask Reevo header to browse and manage all your past conversations.
  • Search — Type in the search bar at the top of the panel to find a past conversation by keyword. Results update as you type; press Escape or click the X to clear
  • Scroll to load more — Your full history loads as you scroll, sorted by most recent activity
  • Date groups — Conversations are organized under Today, Yesterday, and Older headers that stay visible as you scroll
  • Rename or delete — Hover over any conversation and click the three-dot menu to rename it or delete it
Note: Slack conversations are maintained in Slack threads and are separate from your web app chat history.

Yes. Like any AI system, Ask Reevo can occasionally provide inaccurate information. Always review important outputs and verify critical details before taking action.
Click the thumbs down icon on the response to flag it. You can also report the issue to your Reevo representative for further investigation.
Yes. You can access Ask Reevo from any page in the platform using the keyboard shortcut or by clicking the badge icon. The home page features a dedicated, prominent Ask Reevo experience designed to be your daily starting point. You can also use Ask Reevo directly in Slack after connecting your account.
You can have up to 5 conversations actively generating responses simultaneously. There is no limit to how many conversations you can have open — only to how many are actively streaming at once.
Your conversation keeps its state and will be available in your chat history when you return. Close the panel, switch pages, or open a new conversation — the response continues generating in the background.
