Reevo supports Microsoft Teams meetings. That means your Reevo Meeting Bot can automatically join, record, and analyze Microsoft Teams calls—without any extra setup. If your meeting is on the calendar and includes a Teams link, you’re covered.Basic concepts & terminology

- Reevo Meeting Bot: Reevo’s smart assistant that joins meetings to capture recordings, transcripts, and insights.
- Conversation Intelligence (CI): The analysis layer Reevo applies to meetings to surface action items, objections, key moments, and more.
- Synced Calendar: A Google Calendar connected to Reevo to enable automated meeting tracking and bot participation.
Where to find it
This support is native to Reevo. There’s no toggle or manual integration required. As long as your Google Calendar is synced and the event contains a Microsoft Teams link, the Reevo Bot will handle the rest.How to
- Add a Microsoft Teams link to your calendar event
- Create a Google Calendar event (or edit an existing one)
- Paste the Microsoft Teams meeting URL into the event description or location field
- Invite any participants as needed
- Sync your Google Calendar with Reevo
- Go to the Reevo app
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect with Google if you haven’t already
- Authorize Reevo to access your calendar
- Let Reevo handle the rest
- The Meeting Bot will automatically detect the Teams link in your synced calendar event
- It will join at the scheduled time, record the meeting, and deliver CI-powered insights
