Overview

This guide shows you how to build lists of Contacts and Accounts so users can easily group them together. These groupings help users prospect, enroll in sequences, and report on activities within Reevo.

Basic concepts & terminology

  • Contact: A contact is a record that stores information about a person who is either a current customer, a potential customer (lead), or someone who has interacted with the business.
  • Account: An Account is a record representing an organization, business, group, or sometimes an individual with whom a company has, or wishes to establish, a business relationship
  • Lists: A list is a collection or grouping of contacts, or accounts that share certain characteristics or criteria, used to organize and segment data for targeted activities.

Where to find it

  • Contacts & Accounts: In the Contact or Account main pages
  • Lists: Click Lists button in the upper right
  • Create New Lists: Click New contact list button in the upper right
  • Review a List: Click the name of the List to review
  • Sort Lists: Click Sort select the field and Ascending or Descending order
  • Filter Lists: Click Filter select the field and condition and parameter, multiple filters can be applied by clicking Add Filter and selecting additional conditions and parameters.

How to build a Contact List

There are three ways to build a list of contacts: Single Select, where you choose individual contacts to add to a list, Bulk Add, where you add multiple contacts at once, and Prospecting List where you find a list of Contacts and add to or create a List.

Contacts (Single Select)

  1. Go to the Contacts page
  2. Click Lists button
  3. Click New contact list button
  4. Enter a Name for the List
  5. Provide a Description for the List
  6. Click the Create button
  7. Click Add contact to list button
  8. Click Select contact dropdown
  9. Select the Contacts to add to the List by checking the box
  10. Once all are selected, click Add to list button
  11. Once the List is created the Name and Description can be edited, or the List can be Deleted. To do so, click the Elipsis and select the action

Contacts (Bulk Add) - To add multiple Contacts to a List, the user must first create a View.

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Click the Filter button
  3. Use the appropriate Filters to refine the List of Contacts
  4. Once the View of Contacts is filtered click the Actions button
  5. Select Add to list and then us e the dropdown to either add these Contacts to an existing List or select + Create new contact list

Contacts (Prospecting List) - To add a new list of Prospecting Contacts the user must first go to the Prospecting page. Once there, use the Filters to create a list of Contacts. Select the Contacts to add to an existing List or create a new List.

How to use a list

Now that the Contact Lists are created, users can:

Access these Lists from the Contacts page by clicking the Lists button

Enroll the List of Contacts into a Sequence. To do so, once in a Sequence click the Add contact button, selecting Add from list and using the dropdown to select the List

Enrich a List of Contacts email address and phone numbers. To do so, select the List to enrich by click on Lists from the Contact page.

From the Lists page click on the List to enrich and click the Enrich entire list button

Then click either Enrich email or Enrich email and phone

Once prompted click the Enrich button to proceed. Please note that enrich Contacts will use credits for both email and phone enrichment.

How to build an Account List

There are two ways to build a list of accounts: Single Select, where you choose individual accounts to add to a list and Prospecting List where you find a list of Accounts and add to or create a List.

Accounts (Single Select)

  1. Go to the Accounts page
  2. Click the Lists button
  3. Click the New account list button
  4. Enter a Name and Description and click Create
