Pipeline management
Pipeline management in Reevo CRM allows you to create, customize, and manage sales pipelines.
Overview
Pipeline management in Reevo CRM allows you to create, customize, and manage sales pipelines. A key feature of our system is the ability to support multiple pipelines, enabling organizations to tailor their sales processes for different products, services, or customer segments.
Basic concepts & terminology
- Pipeline - A pipeline in Reevo CRM represents your sales process from start to finish. It’s made up of key components that help you track and manage opportunities through every stage.
- Sales Stages - These are the steps your team follows to move an opportunity forward—such as Qualification, Proposal, or Negotiation. You can customize these stages to match your specific sales process.
- Outcomes- The final result of an opportunity. There are two possible outcomes:
- Closed – Won: The deal was successful.
- Closed – Lost: The deal did not close successfully.
- Closed Reasons - These are customizable explanations for why a deal was won or lost. When an opportunity is closed, you’ll select a reason that aligns with the outcome. This helps your team track trends and improve future performance.
