Overview
Pipeline management in Reevo CRM allows you to create, customize, and manage sales pipelines. A key feature of our system is the ability to support multiple pipelines, enabling organizations to tailor their sales processes for different products, services, or customer segments.Basic concepts & terminology
- Pipeline - A pipeline in Reevo CRM represents your sales process from start to finish. It’s made up of key components that help you track and manage opportunities through every stage.
- Sales Stages - These are the steps your team follows to move an opportunity forward—such as Qualification, Proposal, or Negotiation. You can customize these stages to match your specific sales process.
- Outcomes- The final result of an opportunity. There are two possible outcomes:
- Closed – Won: The deal was successful.
- Closed – Lost: The deal did not close successfully.
- Closed Reasons - These are customizable explanations for why a deal was won or lost. When an opportunity is closed, you’ll select a reason that aligns with the outcome. This helps your team track trends and improve future performance.
