Zoom Integration
How to connect Zoom meetings with Reevo and enable recordings.
Overview
The Reevo Zoom Integration allows users to connect their Zoom accounts with Reevo to streamline meeting creation, scheduling, and recording. By integrating Zoom and Google Calendar, users can manage all aspects of their meetings directly from the Reevo platform. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up and using the integration.
Typical Steps for Integration
1. Navigating to Zoom Integration Settings

Log in to your Reevo account (https://app.reevo.ai)

Click the Settings icon at the bottom left corner of the page.

Navigate to User Integrations using the left-side menu and locate Zoom Integration section
2. Connecting Your Zoom Account

Click the Connect with Zoom button.

You will be redirected to the Zoom authorization (OAuth) page.

Review and accept permissions by marking the checkbox and clicking Allow.

After approval, you’ll be redirected back to Reevo. The integration status should now indicate your Zoom account is connected
3. Connecting Your Google Calendar
Why connect Google Calendar?
Connecting your calendar ensures that all meeting scheduling and links are seamlessly managed and synchronized between Reevo and Google.

In the same Integrations section, click the Connect with Google button

Authorize access to your Google Calendar by clicking the “Allow” button

Once approved, your Google calendar connection status will update to Connected.
4. Configuring Meeting Recording Settings

Go to Settings > Meetings: https://app.reevo.ai/settings/meetings

Adjust your Meeting Recording Settings as needed to ensure all meetings are recorded according to your organization’s requirements.
Creating and Managing Meetings
A. Creating a New Zoom Meeting

Navigate to the Meetings page: https://app.reevo.ai/meetings

Click the New meeting button (top right corner).

Complete the meeting form.

Ensure Zoom is selected as the meeting platform.

Choose either Meet now to instantly start a meeting or Schedule to set a future meeting time.

The Reevo notetaker bot will be added automatically, either immediately or at the scheduled start time.

Your new meeting will now appear in your Upcoming Meetings list and your Google Calendar
B. Creating and Sharing Scheduling Links

Navigate to the Meetings page: https://app.reevo.ai/meetings

On the Meetings page, click Share availability (top right).

Click the + icon to add a new calendar link.

Fill out the form with your desired settings and click Save
- Important: Select Zoom as the conferencing app.

To view or copy your calendar link, click Share Availability again.
- Use the first button to view the link or the second to copy it to your clipboard.

Once someone books a meeting through your link, the meeting will appear in Reevo and your Google Calendar.

Meeting Recording:
All scheduled or instant meetings created via Reevo with Zoom as the platform will follow your configured recording preferences.

You are always in control of what data Reevo accesses. All integrations follow strict OAuth security standards.
