Enrichment in Reevo is the step that converts your identified prospects into usable CRM contacts by appending valid contact details like email and phone numbers. Only enriched people become CRM records.

Enrichment allows you to:

  • Add verified business contact info (email, phone) to prospects
  • Automatically convert prospects into CRM contacts
  • Link enriched contacts to the appropriate company records
  • Use enrichment strategically before launching campaigns

Basic concepts & terminology

  • Enrichment: The process of appending missing contact info (e.g., work email, phone) to a prospect.
  • Contact Creation: When a successfully enriched person becomes a CRM contact.
  • Email Enrichment: Adds a verified business email to a person.
  • Phone Enrichment: Adds a direct or mobile phone number to a person.
  • Failed Enrichment: Occurs when valid data cannot be found—no credits are charged.
  • Credit System: Determines how many successful enrichments your org can perform.

  • People Tab under Prospecting → click into a person record
  • Contact Detail Pages → look for Enrich actions
  • Bulk Enrichment → run enrichment for selected people in your search results
  • Credit Dashboard → view usage and quotas

How it works

1. What Gets Enriched

  • Work Email Addresses
  • Phone Numbers (mobile or direct dial)

2. When Contacts Are Created

  • After successful email enrichment
  • Enriched contact is auto-created in CRM and linked to matching account
  • Failed enrichments remain in prospecting for retry
