Overview
This guide walks you through exporting CRM data from HubSpot to prepare for your transition to Reevo. You’ll learn how to export companies, contacts, deals, and tasks—ensuring the necessary fields and relationships are retained. It also includes instructions for capturing a screenshot of your deal funnel.Basic concepts & terminology
- HubSpot Export: The process of downloading CRM data (like contacts, companies, deals, and tasks) into CSV files from HubSpot.
- Properties: Fields tied to records in HubSpot (e.g., name, email, lifecycle stage).
- Associations: The relationships between records (e.g., a contact associated with a company).
- Deal Funnel: A visual representation of your pipeline stages.
Where to find it
- Companies, Contacts, Deals: In the main navigation of HubSpot CRM.
- Tasks: Via Reporting & Data > Reports.
- Deal Funnel: Under ⚙️ > Data Management > Deals > Pipeline.
- Export Hub: ⚙️ > Data Management > Import & Export.
How to export
Companies- Go to the Companies view in HubSpot.

button. (You may need to contact your HubSpot admin if theExport

Customize the export configurations:
- All properties and all associations on records

Include all associated records in each association column
- Navigate to ⚙️ > Data Management > Import & Export.
- Download the exported companies CSV.
- Go to the Contacts view in HubSpot.
- Click the
Export

- Click on ⚙️ in the menu bar.
- Navigate to Data Management > Deals > Pipeline.

Take a screenshot of the full deal funnel.
- Navigate to Reporting & Data > Reports.
- Click Create report and search for Tasks.
- Select the Tasks incomplete assigned to all reps by activity date report.
- Save the report and choose Don’t add to dashboard.
- Go to reports, hover over the task report, and select Export from the Actions dropdown menu.
- Enter a name for the export, select CSV format, and click Export. You’ll receive an email with a download link.
