Overview

This guide will help you understand how to connect your Google Calendar & Gmail accounts in Reevo.

Where to find it

There are two places to set this up.

  1. Onboarding

    • When you first onboard to Reevo, you will be asked to connect your Google account.

  2. Via Settings

    • If you skipped connecting your account during onboarding, you can connect later by navigating to Settings → User integrations → Google.

How it works

Option 1: If you are connecting via Onboarding:

  1. Connect with Google
    • Click Connect with Google.
  2. Choose an account
    • Choose the Google account that matches the email you used to sign in to Reevo.
  3. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
    • Review Reevo’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
    • Click Continue.
  4. Allow Access
    • Allow Reevo access to your account in order to sync activity.

Option 2: If you are connecting via Settings, you will connect Calendar & Email separately:

  1. Connect with Google
    • Click Connect with Google next to Calendar.
  2. Choose an account
    • Choose the Google account that matches the email you used to sign in to Reevo.
  3. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
    • Review Reevo’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
    • Click Continue.
  4. Allow Access
    • Allow Reevo access to your calendar in order to sync activity.
  5. Repeat for Email
    • Back on the Settings → Integrations page, repeat this process for Email.

Once your accounts are connected, the buttons should say “Connected”.

FAQs

Can I change what accounts & contacts get auto-created?

Yes. You can update your settings under Record creation in Reevo.

Do I need to connect both Zoom and Google Calendar?

Yes. Zoom handles the meeting creation, while Google Calendar ensures scheduling is synced and visible.

Will Reevo record all meetings?

Meetings will be recorded according to your Meeting Recording Settings in Reevo.

Is my data secure?

All integrations use secure OAuth and you control what permissions are granted. Reevo does not store login credentials.
