Welcome to Reevo! Use this checklist to ensure your Microsoft Workspace is properly configured so your team can get the most out of Reevo.
  •   Allow users to set up their Reevo integration without Workspace Admin approval
  •   Configure Required Microsoft Teams Settings to allow the Reevo Notetaker to join meetings
  •   If the Reevo Notetaker is still unable to join meetings, your Microsoft Teams tenant may have bot restrictions enabled. You may need to contact Microsoft Support to disable this setting.
  •   Review the Reevo Microsoft Teams Integration documentation and familiarize users in your organization on how it works and limitations for certain Microsoft Accounts
  •   Sometimes email verification and other Reevo emails may end up in your “Junk Email” folder in Outlook. Please educate users in your organization of this potential issue. Instruct users to check their Junk folder and mark any Reevo emails as “Not junk” to prevent this in the future.
