Watch: Microsoft Teams Conferencing Overview

You can add Teams conferencing and enable or disable recording for upcoming events directly in Reevo. All users can:

View Microsoft Teams links on events where you are a participant
Enable meeting recording by adding the Reevo Notetaker to an Outlook Calendar event with Microsoft Teams conferencing

With a connected Outlook Calendar integration, you can also:

Create Microsoft Teams conferencing on calendar events via Reevo (paid Microsoft accounts only)
- Free/personal Microsoft accounts cannot create Microsoft Teams conferencing from outside of Outlook or Teams Web

Microsoft restricts Teams functionality for free/personal Microsoft accounts (e.g., [email protected]), which limits some features in Reevo
Microsoft does not allow removing Teams conferencing from Outlook Calendar events—you would need to create a new calendar event without Teams conferencing
Google Meet is not compatible with Outlook Calendar, so you cannot add Google Meet to Outlook Calendar events
If multiple conferencing methods are added to an Outlook Calendar event (e.g., Zoom and Microsoft Teams), Microsoft Teams will take precedence
