Setting Up Your Outlook Calendar Integration

To connect your Outlook Calendar to Reevo, follow the setup guide in Connect Outlook Calendar & Email. This integration enables Reevo to sync your calendar events and unlock the full suite of meeting features.

What You Can Do With Your Outlook Calendar Integration

Once connected, your Outlook Calendar works seamlessly with Reevo to power your entire meeting workflow: Scheduling & Availability
  • Create and share scheduling links that display your real-time Outlook Calendar availability, letting prospects self-book meetings
  • Schedule meetings directly from contact, account, or opportunity pages in Reevo—invitations sync automatically to your Outlook Calendar
  • Use Microsoft Teams as your conferencing provider for meetings created in Reevo (requires a paid Microsoft account)
Meeting Sync & Recording
  • Meetings from your Outlook Calendar automatically appear on your Upcoming Events page in Reevo
  • Enable the Reevo Notetaker to automatically join and record your meetings, capturing transcripts and AI-generated summaries
  • Control which meetings get recorded (sales meetings, internal meetings, or all meetings) from your meeting settings
CRM & Conversation Intelligence
  • Reevo automatically creates contact records for external meeting attendees based on your activity capture settings
  • Access AI-powered meeting prep with talking points, company research, and contact insights before your calls
  • Search transcripts, track keywords, and review conversation analytics across all your recorded meetings
For Microsoft Teams conferencing and admin configuration requirements, see Microsoft Teams and Required Microsoft Teams Configurations.

Known Limitations

Outlook Calendar Attendee Status

Outlook Calendar has a limitation where attendee response status is not available for events that did not originate from an Outlook Calendar. Because Reevo relies on Outlook Calendar data, this limitation also affects the attendee status displayed within Reevo. Example: If you are an Outlook Calendar user and a Google Calendar user invites you and other attendees to a meeting, when those attendees accept the invitation, their response status will not be updated in your Outlook Calendar—it will continue to show “Didn’t respond” even after they have accepted. Since this is a limitation of Outlook Calendar itself, Reevo cannot display accurate attendee status for those attendees either. This only affects events created outside of Outlook Calendar. Events you create in Outlook or through Reevo will display attendee responses correctly.
