Connect your Outreach account to keep running your Outreach sequences while you use Reevo as your CRM. Reevo records your Outreach sequence enrollments and engagement on the matching contacts, and your workflows can react to Outreach activity or enroll, remove, pause and resume contacts in Outreach sequences.

Before you start

  • You need the Admin role in Reevo. Only admins see the Connections section. See Users, Roles and Teams.
  • You need an Outreach account to sign in with and approve access for Reevo.

What syncs between Outreach and Reevo

From Outreach to Reevo, automatically after you connect:
  • Sequence enrollments. Reevo records each contact’s Outreach enrollments and keeps their status current.
  • Contacts. Reevo matches each Outreach prospect to a Reevo contact by email address, or creates the contact if none exists.
  • Engagement. Sequence emails sent, opened, clicked, replied to and bounced, sequence calls, LinkedIn steps, and enrollment status changes. Each Outreach sequence appears on the contact’s activity timeline with the date the contact enrolled or exited.
From Reevo to Outreach, through workflows:
  • Enroll contacts in an Outreach sequence, remove them, or pause and resume their enrollments. See Use Outreach in workflows.

Connect Outreach

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open the Organization tab.
  2. In the Connections section, under Add a connection, find Outreach and click Connect.
  3. In the Connect Outreach dialog, keep the Connection name as Outreach or give it a name your team will recognize, then click Continue to Outreach.
  4. Sign in to Outreach and approve access. Outreach sends you back to Reevo, where you see Connected to Outreach.
Your connection now appears under Your connections. Reevo subscribes to Outreach events for you, so there is no webhook to set up.

Import your existing Outreach enrollments

Connecting Outreach does not import the enrollments that already exist. Run an import to bring them in.
  1. Under Your connections, click Manage on your Outreach connection.
  2. In Connection import, click Import, then confirm with Import.
  3. The import shows Importing while it runs. When it finishes, you see Started, Finished, Records read, Imported and Dropped, plus a Dropped records breakdown if any records were skipped.
The import brings in enrollments that are still in progress in Outreach, including paused ones. Enrollments that already finished are not imported. Click Run again at any time to pick up enrollments the last run missed; records already in Reevo are skipped.
Imported records can start workflows, like any other import. Review active workflows that use the Sequence Engagement trigger or contact triggers before you import.

Why records are dropped

Use Outreach in workflows

Once Outreach is connected, it shows up as a choice in the sequence trigger and nodes of the Workflow Builder.
  • React to Outreach activity. Use the Sequence Engagement trigger and set Source to your Outreach connection. See Workflow Triggers.
  • Act on Outreach sequences. Use Enroll in Sequence, Unenroll from Sequence, Pause Sequence Enrollment or Resume Sequence Enrollment, and set Connection to your Outreach connection. See Workflow Action Nodes.
When a workflow enrolls a contact in an Outreach sequence, Reevo finds the prospect in Outreach by email address and creates it there if it doesn’t exist. To send from the contact owner’s mailboxes, Reevo uses the Outreach user with the same email address as the contact owner.

Manage or disconnect Outreach

Click Manage on the connection to open its details.
  • Used by lists the workflows that use this connection.
  • Test connection checks that Reevo can still reach Outreach.
  • Disconnect stops Reevo from receiving Outreach events. Live workflows that use the connection stop receiving events too. Reevo deletes its access; to revoke it on Outreach’s side as well, remove the app in Outreach. You can reconnect later, and reconnecting keeps the connection’s name and the workflows that use it.
  • Delete removes the connection for good. You can’t delete a connection while a workflow uses it, so remove it from those workflows first.

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Only admins see Connections on the Organization tab of Settings → Integrations. Ask an admin in your workspace to connect Outreach.
Connecting only syncs new activity from that point on. Click Manage on the connection, then Import under Connection import to bring in enrollments that already exist.
Reevo hasn’t received any Outreach events for a week. If your team has been running sequences in that time, open the connection with Manage and check the Events section. You can also confirm in Outreach that Reevo’s webhooks are still active.
Outreach stopped accepting Reevo’s access. Click Manage, then reconnect and approve access in Outreach again. Reconnecting keeps the connection’s name and the workflows that use it.
Click Manage on the connection and retry from the webhook row in its details. If Outreach refuses, check that the Outreach account you approved with can manage webhooks.
Open the workflow run in the Runs tab to see the reason. Common causes are a contact who unsubscribed, no mailbox that can send, a contact owner with no Outreach user under the same email address, or Outreach refusing the enrollment.
Yes. In the sequence trigger and nodes, choose Reevo instead of your Outreach connection.
No. Your sequences stay in Outreach. Reevo records the enrollments and engagement, and lets workflows act on those sequences.
